FMV/GEOINT/DCGS Test Engineer/Analyst – Edwards AFB, CA
General: A team member of ISR professionals, test engineers, test analysts, and recognized experts supporting the AFOTEC Operational Testing for AF ISR platforms and sensors (i.e., DCGS, Global Hawk, etc.) at Edwards AFB, CA. Responsibilities:
Plan, conduct, and report on effectiveness, suitability, and mission capability to meet user’s operational requirements.
Identify, schedule, and track program activities and deliverables for all tasked programs. Maintain a master schedule for all tasked programs using common project management software. Provide inputs to leadership to manage multiple programs.
Provide input to develop and/or revise the basis of estimate for test resources to accomplish the test/assessment design. Provide logistic planning for T&E support.
Review for T&E/assessment considerations and develop feedback on program documents, such as the: program management directive, capabilities documents, virtual/system threat assessment report, TEMP, SAMP, lifecycle management plan (LCMP), program protection documents, CONOPS/CONEMPs, and maintenance concepts.
Support the test director in identifying and/or developing integrated test opportunities.
Develop clear, concise, timely, and accurate test plans, deficiency reports, briefs, test/event reports, and other assigned deliverables.
Advise the client and/or task lead on task-related issues, testing issues, and lab- or infrastructure-related issues, as necessary.
Qualifications / Experience:
Current TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility.
At least 4 years of experience creating intelligence products using FMV analysis
At least 2 years of experience with DCGS (any service)
