Military Trainer - Ft. Huachuca, AZ
General: Supporting the US Army Intelligence Center of Excellence (USAICoE) CIO G6 contract. Provides consulting expertise to military or defense clients in the development and evaluation of military training and doctrine. May have specialized expertise in planning and executing some or all phases of military training exercises, including doctrinal development, scenario development, and after action review and analysis.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with government customers to ensure accuracy, relevance and timeliness of exercise materials to over 5,000 military students in support of the 35F10 Intelligence Analyst culminating exercise, the Military Intelligence Basic Officer’s Leader Course exercise, the Noncommissioned Officer Academy exercise, and Reserve Advanced Leadership Course exercise.
- Generate pre-defined, pre-scripted and dynamic messages, personalities, background reports and finished intelligence products to portray aspects of the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) environment for Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) based scenarios.
- Provide Information Technology, exercise preparation and support, and exercise development for the 35F10 Intelligence Analyst Course.
- Conduct exercise preparation and operations to include message routing design and verification, and conducting pre-exercise communications exercises.
- Provide insight to software developers for changes needed or requested by the customer to support simulation requirements.
- Ensure all databases and web pages are functional and up to date prior to start of exercises. Upload all new messages and products into the appropriate database. During exercise operations, deliver all message traffic and products to the appropriate customers .
- Ensure all systems failures are addressed via trouble shooting, trouble tickets, and Critical incident Reports (CIRs).
- Coordinate with the customer to tailor all messages and products. Answer students’ Requests for Information (RFI), Asset Tasking Message (ATM) requests, and Requests for Collection Coverage (RCC) during combat operations scenarios in accordance with doctrine.
- As part of the Training Team, develop Multi-INT (All Source, SIGINT, HUMINT, IMINT, MASINT, OSINT) training materials.
Qualifications / Experience:
- Current TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Desired: Proficiency in Distributed Simulation Environment (DSE), Multifunction Workstation (MFWS), and scenario development
- At least 3 years of experience.
