Hawk Associates incorporates proven quality standards through policies, procedures, and practices that ensure that Quality Control and Quality Assurance are integral throughout project life cycles. Our Program and Project Managers develop a Quality Control Plan (QCP) for each Task Order, which begins with the identification of critical metrics and other quality goals, and culminates with analysis of the factors that affect performance and accomplishment of client objectives. It describes measures that are to be collected, monitored, reported, and controlled within the performance measures. The QCP describes individual responsibilities and processes for regularly monitoring the key assumptions and constraints, to include identifying what information is being collected, how it is being analyzed, and how frequently it is reported upon. By following this plan, our Program/Project Managers and their Project Teams are better prepared to:
