Responsibilities:
- Guide senior level personnel in planning and execution of T&E activities
- Perform technical T&E or T&E support assignments in the general areas of C5ISR, AIS, and IT/NSS
- Share in-depth knowledge of customary approaches, techniques, and requirements appropriate to the assigned C5ISR, AIS, and IT/NSS, including legacy systems and latest trends in related technologies
- Execute IT T&E Life Cycle events and activities
- Research technical IT/NSS systems and capability documents for testable requirements and develop test procedures that will correctly test for expected results
- Develop and coordinate IT/NSS T&E efforts that include planning and reporting documentation including correcting documentation that contain Government recommendations and corrections
- Ensure required training requirements are completed in accordance with PM guidance
- Ensure the TO processes adhere to DISA JITC ISO 9001 Auditable Unit (AU) processes and ensure the program milestones are met
- As the team leader, participate in T&E documentation adjudication meetings and working group sessions
- Provide input to the internal and external weekly and monthly task order activity reports (WARs & MARs)
- Track TO deliverables and schedules
- As the team leader, ensure that TO personnel rosters used for emergency notifications are updated with status daily
- Track assigned TO and Government Customer IT logistics assets
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual IT asset logistics inspections
- Provide leadership to less experienced team members
- Interface with Government Action Officers (AOs) and assist in conducting regular In-Process Reviews (IPRs) on TO project funding, schedules, and technical deliverables
- Report issues and assist in identifying Courses of Action (CoAs) for customer approval to mitigate issues quickly
Qualifications / Experience:
- Current DoD Secret clearance or higher
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience in an IT related field; (Additional certifications, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
- Prior experience supporting a DoD customer in T&E that includes a good understanding of test Pre-Planning, Planning, Test Readiness Reviews, Execution, Data Collection, Data Analysis, After Actions Reviews, Reporting and Closing events and activities.
- Experience assisting with management of an IT/NSS T&E project that includes all phases of a T&E life cycle in the areas of Developmental, Operational, Cybersecurity, Unified Capabilities, Joint Interoperability, Verification and Validation, and Standards Conformance and Compliance testing.
- Willing and available to travel 10 - 20% of the time
