Responsibilities:
- Manage the execution of major Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) IT/NSS Systems and Capability T&E projects
- Research technical ISR IT/NSS systems and capability documents for testable requirements and develop test procedures
- Develop ISR IT/NSS T&E documents to include planning and reporting documentation and correcting documentation that contains recommendations and corrections
- Lead an ISR T&E Team in support of JITC's Joint Interoperability mission
- Adhere to DISA JITC ISO 9001 Auditable Unit (AU) processes
- Participate in T&E documentation adjudication meetings and working group sessions
- Develop meeting minutes and notes for internal and external TO meetings
- Ensure that TO personnel rosters used for emergency notifications are updated with your status daily
- Plan, execute, and report on TO close out activities
- Conduct regular In-Process Reviews (IPRs) on TO project funding, schedules, technical deliverables, management
- Develop internal and external weekly and monthly task order activity reports (WARs & MSRs) ensuring format, technical and schedule compliance
- Report issues and help identify Courses of Action (CoAs) for customer approval to mitigate issues quickly
- Ensure TO deliverables are professionally and technically complete ensuring format compliance
- Plan and coordinate internal and external IPRs, Working Groups, or information meetings
Qualifications / Experience:
- Current Top Secret security clearance
- Master’s degree; or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of experience (One year of experience can be substituted by 15 semester hours completed towards a Master’s degree); or 10 years of experience with Intelligence Systems and a completion record/certification from a DoD Military or Service school in intelligence (CI/HUMINT/IMINT/SIGINT/MASINT/All -Source/GEOINT). Additional certifications, training, and experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 6+ months of Joint Interoperability, Operational, or Developmental Test Experience
- Willing and available to travel 20-30% of the time
