Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing T&E Life Cycle events and activities
- Assist mid and senior level personnel in planning and execution of IT/NSS T&E
- Be an active and participating team member in providing professional T&E services to the government customers and their clients
- Assist with conducting regular In-Process Reviews (IPRs) on TO project funding, schedules, technical deliverables, management
- Provide input to the internal and external weekly and monthly task order activity reports (WARs & MARs)
- Report issues and assist in identifying Courses of Action (CoAs) for customer approval to mitigate issues quickly
- As part of a team, ensure required training requirements are completed in accordance with PM guidance
- Assist Task Lead (TL) with ensuring the processes adhere to DISA JITC ISO 9001 Auditable Unit (AU) processes and ensuring the program milestones are met
- Help research technical IT/NSS systems and capability documents for testable requirements and develop test procedures
- Assist in developing IT/NSS T&E efforts that include planning and reporting documentation. Includes documentation that contains recommendations and corrections
- Participate in T&E documentation adjudication meetings and working group sessions
- Assist with development of briefings, schedules, WARs, and MARs
- Help track assigned deliverable and schedules
- Help develop meeting minutes and notes for internal and external TO meetings
- As a team member, ensure that TO personnel rosters used for emergency notifications are updated with my status daily
- Help track assigned logistics assets
- Assist the TL with conducting monthly, quarterly, and annual IT asset logistics inspections
Qualifications / Experience:
- Current Secret or higher security clearance
- Associate’s degree with 7 years of specialized or military experience or some college (20 credit hours or more) with 9 years of specialized or military experience
- 1+ years of experience supporting a DoD T&E that includes a good understanding of test Pre-Planning, Planning, Test Readiness Reviews, Execution, Data Collection, Data Analysis, After Actions Reviews, Reporting and Closing events and activities
- Willing and available to travel up to 10% of the time
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with IT/NSS T&E projects that includes all phases of a T&E life cycle (planning, conducting, executing, and reporting) in the areas of Developmental, Operational, Cybersecurity, Unified Capabilities, Joint Interoperability, Verification and Validation, and Standards Conformance and Compliance testing
