Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage Test and Evaluation (T&E) Life Cycle Task Order (TO)
- Plan, execute, and manage a blended team of T&E and IT professionals that provide the government customers and their clients with professional and value-added T&E services and support
- Mentor junior technical team members
- Interface with Government Action Officers (AOs) conducting regular In-Process Reviews (IPRs) on TO project funding, schedules, technical deliverables, and management
- Plan, execute, and manage internal and external weekly and monthly activity reports (WARs & MARs)
- Plan, execute, and manage issues and identify Courses of Action (CoA) for customer approval to mitigate issues quickly
- Manage assigned personnel work and leave schedules and assure quality work is being accomplished
- Ensure Team TO personnel complete their required training requirements in accordance with PMO guidance
- Manage TO processes adherence to DISA JITC ISO 9001 Auditable Unit (AU) processes and ensure the program milestones are met
- Manage and track the assigned personnel security, clearance, certification, and training requirements
- Review and technically edit TO technical and official correspondence
- Track assigned TO meeting and deliverable schedules
- Prepare TO meeting minutes and notes for internal PMO meetings
- Maintain assigned TO personnel rosters used for emergency notifications
- Track TO logistics assets
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual IT asset logistics inspections are completed
Qualifications / Experience:
- Current Secret or higher security clearance
- Bachelor’s Degree with 7 years of specialized or military experience or an Associates degree with 12 years of specialized or military experience
- 1+ years of experience supporting a DoD T&E that includes a good understanding of test Pre-Planning, Planning, Test Readiness Reviews, Execution, Data Collection, Data Analysis, After Actions Reviews, Reporting and Closing events and activities
- 1+ years of experience managing personnel assigned to planning, conducting, executing, and reporting of complex T&E for a DoD customer in the areas of Developmental, Operational, Cybersecurity, Unified Capabilities, Joint Interoperability, Verification and Validation, and Standards Conformance and Compliance testing
- Willing and available to travel up to 10% of the time
